Since 1995, Real Justice has helped criminal justice professionals to be more effective in dealing with the impact of crime using restorative justice conferencing and other restorative practices.

Restorative conferences are structured meetings between offenders, victims and both parties' family and friends in which they deal with the consequences of the crime and decide how best to repair the harm.
