Author Mary Riddell provides firsthand coverage of a restorative justice conference, held in prison, between an offender and victim and their supporters. She also reports on the Justice Research Consortium (JRC), a British-government funded program bringing together crime justice professionals and police chiefs to test restorative justice as a strategy to reduce crime.
